- Better posture- Better posture helps in body alignment to prevent injuries and to help in smooth energy flow.
- Improves your balance- Regular practice of yoga increases the balance in the body and steadiness in the mind. Focus and concentration helps in balancing a pose.
The Course Includes
Hatha Yoga
Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga which uses physical techniques to try to preserve and channel the vital force or energy. This branch deals with the physical aspects of the body.
The classes will be conducted in both private and group.
Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa yoga is all about rhythmic movements timed to the breath. Depending on the pace, vinyasa can be more intense than other styles of yoga. In Vinyasa, you hold a pose, you keep that pose for a brief duration, and then move on to the next. Your breathing is also a vital part of the transitions that are made between the postures. It allows you to focus on all parts of the body . Breathwork connects one pose to the next in a continuous flow, hence the name “vinyasa flow” that is given to these classes.
